Watersong Resort is ideally located to suit all types of family holidays/vacations.  Situated on the US 17-92 "Sarnia" is within an easy drive of Disney's Main Gates (only 15-20 minutes away) and all of Orlando's famous theme parks.  There is an abundance of great golf courses to choose from, with the newly opened Providence course being just on our doorstep and offering some great deals to encourage you to visit.

Watersong Resort has manned entrance gates (currently operating between approx 8pm - 8am) and offers its owners and guests an abundance of resort facilities, including club house, community pool, play areas, kiddies putting green, etc. The community is an ideal location for holiday-makers to make their base whilst planning those great days out and with Interstate 4 and the US-27 both nearby all of Central Florida's popular theme parks, attractions, beaches, shopping malls (Posner Park being the most recent addition to the "shopping experience") are within very easy reach!

* Please note that the community of Watersong Resort, Davenport, Florida only permits family (domestic) vehicles to be parked or stored on or outside any property.  Please be aware that there is on-going construction on this community but disruption is kept to a minimum as the builders are sympathetic to the needs of the owners and their guests and the rental rates have been discounted accordingly.
